Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA Group) is a group of companies engaged in oil palm plantations and mills. BGA Group is one of the Harita Group's business division, which originated from the acquisition of PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) in 1997. Along with the addition of new companies in 2004 formed a group of companies under the management of
PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro which became known as the BGA Group.
